Position Summary

The Dynamics CRM Administrator provides end-user support and troubleshooting for personnel. Participate on development and improvement on current Microsoft Dynamics CRM, O365, and other business platforms. This position works with the AVP, IT on the implementation of innovative technologies and primarily supports our Mental Health Aid First Aid program. He or she plays a key role in managing and administering activities around Dynamics CRM, coordinating/resolving support tickets, upgrade initiatives, developing/maintaining workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM. Dynamics CRM Administrator will assist the CRM users with new reporting requirements or updating existing reports.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the point person for business platforms, Dynamics CRM and O365, primarily supporting our Mental Health First Aid program
  • Is responsible for monitoring, performance optimization, security, maintenance and managing of users of Dynamics CRM
  • Develops the workflows, plugins using Dynamics CRM platform and have the experience of working with the SDK of Dynamics CRM
  • Develops end user documentation, including application training manuals, job aids and workflows
  • Responds in a timely fashion to end users’ needs, analyze/resolve support tickets relating to business applications and general systems issues
  • Diagnoses and resolves technical problems, prevents problem escalation and provides solution tracking
  • Responds to technical issues using an incident reporting system
  • Trains, instructs and educates groups and individuals in a team environment
  • Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur
  • Protects the organization by keeping information confidential

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365 online, 2016, 2015, 2013)
  • 3+ years managing CRM technology projects, understanding business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows & plugins, importing data into CRM from external sources, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs
  • Dynamics CRM certification desired
  • Understanding of ERP systems

Skills
  • Ability to capture business requirements and create system design documentation
  • Ability to do Dynamics CRM system configurations, create/update workflows, plugins in Dynamics CRM for new or current requirements
  • Proficient with JavaScript, VB.Net, ASP.Net programming languages
  • Ability to administer SQL database, maintain user CRM profiles and maintain the CRM enhancements (workflows, solutions etc.)
  • Ability to build reports and dashboards using Dynamics CRM tools and SSRS
  • Ability to do data uploads to Dynamics CRM using SSIS or other related tools
  • Ability to conduct end user training
  • Technical and functional knowledge with working with ‘Portal’ module of Dynamics CRM
  • Exposure to Office 365, SharePoint and other Apps
