Position Summary

 

The National Council for Behavioral Health seeks a Systems Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting staff in the efficient use of information systems across the organization and the production of core and ad-hoc information and reporting requirements. The successful Systems Support Analyst will support the organization by working on the development, support and maintenance of our new company wide systems implementation as well as maintaining existing and future systems.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Configure & develop Microsoft Dynamics

o Defining and creating entities

o Design and develop forms, business logic, etc.

o Develop workflows and custom reports

o Manage security roles

o Identify system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

o Gather requirements and develop analytics for various service offerings (through CRM dashboards and PowerBI)

o Assist with system configurations and customizations, data automation projects, and SSRS custom reports

• Maintain current systems, changes and system upgrades

• Assist with system upgrades and testing of new and existing features

• Provide business systems support & service improvements where appropriate

• Analyze complex system issues and recommend solutions

• Audit the data in CRM to ensure systems data quality is of a high standard

• Create Dashboards based on users input

• Write SQL views, stored procedures, functions and jobs

• Create reporting solutions using Power BI and Visual Studio

• Communicate technical areas of interest to non-technical users

• Work with 3rd party vendors and assist in design, development and support phases of the project

• Conduct user training and assist with systems rollout

• Map data from legacy systems to new business systems

• Recommend improvements to business systems

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

 

Qualifications

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering. Or IT related qualification at level 3 or higher.

• 3 – 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

• Expertise in CRM; 3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 implementation and support

• Knowledge of database management system (DBMS) physical implementation, including tables, joins and SQL querying. Technical competence and good understanding of SQL

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with SQL Server 2012 or 2015

• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to research questions/issues to provide solutions

• Solid understanding of reporting technologies & experience with data reporting and mapping

• Experience of working with complex business systems - support/maintain/implement

• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

• Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel

• Ability to work with business units across the organization

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment & Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

• Good written and oral communication skills with appropriate time management skills

 

Preferred Skills, but Not Required:

• Document management using MS SharePoint

• Project Management using JIRA

• Data Integration using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
